From the South
- Take Route 9 north to Sleepy Hollow. Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Sleepy Hollow is on your left, about 3 miles north of Interstate 287.
Alternate Route
- Take the Sprain Brook/Taconic Parkway north to the Pleasantville/Route 117 exit.
- Turn left on Route 117 and continue west for about 3 miles. At the end of Route 117, turn left and proceed south. Memorial Sloan-Kettering at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center is on your right, in the 777 medical offices building.
From the North
- Take Route 9 south to Sleepy Hollow.
- Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Sleepy Hollow is on your right, just south of the junction of Route 9 and Route 117.
Alternate Route
- Take the Taconic Parkway south to the Pleasantville/Route 117 exit.
- Turn right on Route 117, and continue west for about 3 miles.
- At the end of Route 117, turn left and proceed south.
- Memorial Sloan-Kettering at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center is on your right, in the 777 medical offices building.
From the West
- Take Interstate 287 east over the Tappan Zee Bridge. Take Exit 9 (the first exit) to Route 9/Tarrytown.
- Turn right on Route 9 and continue north to Sleepy Hollow.
- Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Sleepy Hollow is located about 3 miles ahead on your left.
From the East
- Take Bedford Road west to Route 117.
- Continue on Route 117 for about 3 miles. At the end of Route 117, turn left and proceed south.
- Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Sleepy Hollow is on your right, in the 777 medical offices building.

- Take Interstate 287 (Cross Westchester Expressway) west. Take Exit 9 to Route 9/Tarrytown (the last exit before the Tappan Zee Bridge).
