Our research group is interested in the structural biology and function of eukaryotic membrane proteins. We use a combination of x-ray crystallographic, biochemical, and biophysical methods. Main areas of interest include the molecular mechanisms of ion channels and of membrane-embedded enzymes that catalyze post-translational modifications of Ras and other proteins.
